Several new restaurants have opened recently or are coming soon in Community Impact's Dallas-Fort Worth coverage areas, including a new Chuy's location, a South Korean baked goods chain and new cafes.

1. Chuy’s

Chuy’s is set to open its first McKinney location in 2026. The restaurant will be located on the south side of West University Drive. The menu at Chuy’s features a mix of Tex-Mex dishes, including enchiladas, tacos, burritos, flautas, quesadillas and more.

2. Paris Baguette


Construction is underway on a Paris Baguette location on the border of Plano and Frisco. The eatery’s menu includes cakes, tarts, doughnuts and other sweet options. Savory items like buffalo chicken and ranch pizzetta, four cheese quiche and crab meat croquette are also available.Now open

3. Linh's Kitchen

The restaurant offers bánh mì sandwiches, beef noodle soup, vermicelli bowls and more.4. Oak Street Cafe

Located in the former Chop Shop Live in Roanoke, Oak Street Cafe’s menu features omelets, pancakes, sandwiches, salads and desserts.5. Josefina’s Cocina


Restaurateur Fernando Barrera, who owns Latin Deli in Dallas, recently opened Josefina’s Cocina in Richardson. The menu, which features breakfast, lunch and dinner options, includes nachos, fajitas, chilaquiles, enchiladas, salads and more. Breakfast items, including omelettes, crepes and waffles, are served all day.6. Dan's Bagels

The grab-and-go shop serves made-from-scratch sourdough bagel flavors, including plain, sesame seed, salt, garlic salt, rosemary salt and cinnamon sugar crunch.
