Hudson House is opening soon in Frisco.

The new Hudson House location in Frisco will be the ninth for the brand and the seventh in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

The details

The Hudson House menu features timeless American classics with coastal influence and a celebrated raw bar. The restaurant offers cheeseburgers and oysters and some New England favorites.

“Frisco has been on our radar for a long time—it’s a dynamic, fast-growing community that values quality and experience, which aligns perfectly with what we aim to deliver at Hudson House,” said Hunter Pond, Founder and CEO of Vandelay Hospitality Group, in a July 30 news release. “We’re thrilled to bring our signature East Coast-inspired atmosphere, raw bar, and the ‘World’s Coldest Martini’ to this part of North Texas and look forward to becoming part of the neighborhood.”

On the menu

Popular dishes include Hudson’s Avocado Dip made with whipped avocado, green onion, herbs and ranch chips; The Cheeseburger with thin patties, American cheese, pickles, and Hudson sauce; Chicken Parm, classically prepared with creamy tomato pasta and reggiano; and American Tuna Tower that includes fresh ahi tuna, mashed avocado, English cucumber, mixed local greens and radishes, drizzled with wasabi vinaigrette.

It also features a raw bar where patrons can find a specialty seafood tower, the Bouquet, which includes a spread of specialty East Coast oysters, shrimp cocktail with chipotle remoulade, princely cut snow crab claws and tuna tartare.
