Pepper Lunch features a do-it-yourself teppanyaki concept with meals served on 500 degree Fahrenheit hot plates, allowing customers to cook their food to their preference at the table. The menu offers pepper rice dishes, teriyaki options, steaks, seafood, curry, pasta and vegetarian options.
The Frisco restaurant will be the company’s first Texas location as it launches a five-location franchise deal with PhilX Hospitality, according to a July 4 news release. The Dallas-area expansion is part of Pepper Lunch’s North American growth strategy to open 15 new locations in 2025, the release stated.
"Pepper Lunch is bold, exciting, and brings something truly different to our market,” said Phil Guo, managing partner of PhilX Hospitality, in the release.
