Coppell: Miriam Cocina Latina

The Mexican and Dominican restaurant’s menu features soups, salads, tacos, enchiladas, desserts and more. Customers can also order from a drink menu including margaritas, wines, beers and cocktails. The Cypress Waters location is the second Miriam Cocina Latina, the flagship location is in Klyde Warren Park in Dallas in 2019.

Fort Worth: Keke’s Breakfast Cafe

The restaurant chain serves breakfast and lunch items, including omelets, pancakes, salads, sandwiches, wraps and more. The eatery was founded in 2006 and has more than 60 locations in four states.


Grapevine: Milkshake Factory

The business, which was founded in Pittsburgh in 1914, is known for its handspun milkshakes made with housemade ice cream and small batch chocolates, made fresh in-store. In addition to milkshakes, the dessert shop offers chocolate-covered fresh strawberries, chocolate bark varieties and more. Dairy-free options are available.

McKinney: Mah-Jong Chinese Kitchen

The menu features a variety of steamed and fried dumplings such as black truffle shrimp and famous Szecheuan chicken. Under the Chef’s Recommendation portion of the menu, items such as Beijing-style crispy duck breast and pan seared maple leaf duck breast top the list. This is the second Mah-Jong Chinese Kitchen. The first location opened in 2015 in Plano.


Plano: Honeybird Sandwiches and Donuts

The menu features gourmet donuts like strawberry shortcake, cookie butter and lemon poppyseed. Additional offerings include classic donuts, jalapeno sausage rolls, breakfast sandwiches, chicken sandwiches and more. One of the eatery’s signature items is the Honeybird Biscuit which is made with a housemade biscuit, buttermilk fried chicken and ancho honey drizzle.

Richardson: Churro on Top

The menu offers several varieties of churro and milkshakes, according to the company website. In addition, customers can choose add-ons, such as drizzles and other toppings, to their churro and milkshake of choice.
