The new Gloria’s Latin Cuisine currently under construction at the corner of Preston Road and SH 121 will replace the restaurant’s Frisco location, according to a news release from the company.

The Plano restaurant is “tentatively scheduled” to open next year, according to the release, and the Frisco restaurant on Gaylord Parkway will remain open until construction in Plano is complete.

The new 9,200-square-foot restaurant will feature an upscale bar and a large outdoor dining area.

Gloria’s offers a variety of Salvadorian and Tex-Mex dishes, and is known for its bean dip and margaritas.
