A new Gloria’s Latin Cuisine location is set for north Plano.

According to a project filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction on the new restaurant is set to finish on Feb. 1, 2025. The location will be located next to Eddie V’s Prime Seafood in northwest Plano.

The restaurant serves Salvadorian food with influences from other Latin cuisines. Gloria’s has 12 other locations in North Texas.
