Looking to try something new? Keep an eye out for these new restaurants and dessert spots coming soon to the Frisco area.

1. Birdcall

Birdcall is slated to open at 5350 Preston Road on July 10, according to a news release. Once open, the new location will offer sandwiches such as crispy chicken, grilled chicken, plant-based patties and more with cheese, pickles, hot sauce and other toppings. Diners can also enjoy Buffalo chicken and Caesar salads, chicken tenders and nuggets, fries, tater tots, hand-spun milkshakes, breakfast chicken sandwiches, and more, according to Birdcall’s website. 2. Dirty Dough

Dirty Dough is expected to open a 3420 Main St., Ste. 150, Frisco, location in December, franchise owner Russell Solomon said in an email. Once open, the cookie company will offer customers cookies with “unique flavor profiles” such as Cookies n Creame, Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch, Raspberry Toaster Tart, Ooey Gooey Butter Cake and more, according to its website. The incoming Frisco store is one of two locations Russell and his wife, Mandi, are bringing to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with a storefront in Allen expected to open in September.

3. Napoli’s Pizza On The Go

Napoli’s Pizza On The Go is seeking to open a Frisco location at 4747 4th Army Drive, Frisco, by late summer, according to co-owner Artan Krasniqi. Once open, the restaurant will offer multiple Italian dishes such as pizzas, baked pastas, calzones and strombolis, according to its website. 4. Mo’ Bettahs


Mo’ Bettahs is planning to open a new restaurant in Frisco. The Hawaiian chain location will be at 16803 N. Coit Road and is set to open this winter, according to a company representative. Mo’ Bettahs’ menu features island classics, including katsu chicken and kalua pig served with rice and macaroni salad. 5. Dog Haus

Dog Haus will open in Frisco at 9169 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 100, in the fall, said Erik Hartung, Dog Haus’ vice president of franchising. The restaurant will move into a former Super Chix space, which had a patio and already fit the “vibe” other Dog Haus locations have, Hartung said. Once open, the Frisco Dog Haus will offer hot dogs, sausages, burgers, breakfast burritos, fried chicken and local craft beer all made with high-quality ingredients, Hartung said. Menu items include smoked bacon and pickled pepper hot dogs, plant-based Impossible burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, sweet potato french fries, and more, according to its website. https://doghaus.com
