Frisco City Council approved a request to rezone 4.1 acres of land for a future hotel at a Jan. 6 meeting.
The details
The planned hotel is subject to a development agreement between the city and the developer, Frisco Center Properties Inc., which was approved at a Nov. 4 city council meeting.
The property has now been rezoned from industrial to office, which includes hotel uses.
Frisco Center Properties Inc. has not yet presented specific plans for the hotel’s construction.
