Developers announce new tenants for Fields West project in Frisco

The list of businesses planned for the Fields West development in Frisco is growing with the announcement of new tenants.

The Karahan Companies, developers of Fields West, announced in a Nov. 12 news release that 10 more tenants have signed leases in the project. Those include:

• Crate & Barrel
• Culinary Dropout
• Design Within Reach
• Face Foundrie
• Gorjana
• Landry Kate
• North Italia
• Maman
• TravisMathew
• U Med Spa

Fields West is a 55-acre urban village in the broader Fields development, a 2,500-acre master-planned community. Fields West will offer 360,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as 350,000 square feet of Class A office space.

Columbus Realty Partners is also developing 1,150 high-end, urban living residences in the Fields West project. The new tenants bring the development to 70% leased, according to the news release.

What's next

The opening of Fields West is planned to be phased starting in mid-2027 into 2028.
