A new residential community is open in Frisco.

Homebuilder Toll Brothers announced the opening of Prestwick Grove near the intersection of PGA Parkway and Preston Road in an Oct. 22 news release.

Prestwick Grove features a variety of floor plans with four to six bedrooms, three to six full bathrooms and two- to three-car garages, according to the news release. Home prices start from the mid $900,000s.
