1. Golf training center
Sherrill Park Golf Course in Richardson will receive a new indoor training center with three indoor hitting bays, a conference room and club fitting room, TDLR documents state.

2. New avionics shop
Aviation electronics company Masco Service Corporation will build a new avionics shop and airplane hangar near the Denton Enterprise Airport, according to documents filed with the TDLR. The facility will span nearly 21,000-square-feet. The company operates another shop in Grapevine, near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

3. 5 Spice Market and Kitchen
Halal market and restaurant 5 Spice Market and Kitchen will open a new location in Plano, according to the company’s website. TDLR documents show construction will start in mid-September and wrap in February 2027.

4. New Dunkin' Donuts
TDLR documents state that a new Dunkin' Donuts will occupy an unused tenant space at the Walmart on Redbud Boulevard in McKinney. The project will cost about $258,000 to renovate the space to accommodate Dunkin' Donuts. The company offers doughnuts, coffee and breakfast food like bagels and egg sandwiches, according to the company's menu.

5. New dance studio
The Allen Civic Ballet will build a new dance studio on West McDermott Drive in Allen, according to TDLR documents. Construction will start in early August and complete in late October, the documents state. The Allen Civic Ballet is a nonprofit dance company formed in 1999, according to the company’s website.
