1.  Emerson Court


Phase 2 of the Emerson Court apartments broke ground Aug. 16 on Legacy Drive. This phase will have 312 units and will be a four-story building that will wrap around a five-story parking structure, allowing residents direct access to their homes.  There will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Phase 2 will take about 18 months to complete.



2. Eldorado Marketplace additions


Two new retail buildings are being added to Eldorado Marketplace on the northwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway. The buildings are expected to be complete this month. Anchor tenant Gander Mountain is also under construction within the marketplace. Eldorado Marketplace will have nearly 400,000 square feet of retail space.



3. Retail stores at Eldorado Parkway and Frisco Street


Three retail/restaurant buildings are under construction at the southwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and Frisco Street.




Development Highlights Hall Park’s 17th and tallest building will break ground this month at 3201 Dallas Parkway.[/caption]

Construction on the buildings began in the summer and are expected to be complete in 2017.



4. Hall Park


Hall Park’s 17th and tallest building will break ground this month at 3201 Dallas Parkway. The building will be 12 stories tall and will contain 300,000 square feet of space. All floors will feature 10-foot ceilings. The building is expected to be complete by late 2017 or early 2018.



5. Medical office park


Development Highlights The first phase of a new medical office park is under construction within the northeast quadrant of Stonebrook Parkway and Teel Parkway.[/caption]

The first phase of a new medical office park is under construction within the northeast quadrant of Stonebrook Parkway and Teel Parkway. The office park will encompass three buildings with 15,034 square feet of leasing space. The first phase is expected to be complete by January 2017. Gandy Orthodontics will be the first tenant.
