The chamber purchased 7511 Main St., Stes. 200 and 300, located within the Rail District at Patios at the Rail, according to a Jan. 14 chamber news release.
“This new space allows us to dream bigger to impact our members and our community,” said Christal Howard, president and CEO of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, in a release.
Following minor renovations, the Frisco Chamber anticipates relocating to its new office space by July 2026. Additional plans for the new project will be shared at the Frisco Chamber’s Annual Awards Gala on Feb. 20 at Omni PGA Frisco Resort.
The details
The move will nearly double the chamber’s available space, enabling greater capacity for member services, small-business support, leadership development, meeting areas and new programming opportunities, including resources for startups and early-stage companies, according to the release.
The expanded space at 7511 Main St. will include:
- two floors of offices
- collaborative areas
- a podcast studio
- meeting space for workshops, business resources, leadership development, peer networks and community conversations

Zooming in
The chamber has been located in the Rail District for more than 40 years, from its earliest days in a small caboose near the railroad tracks to its current home at 6843 Main St. As the Frisco Chamber Board considered multiple options, remaining downtown was a priority, according to the release.
“The Frisco Chamber of Commerce has been a cornerstone of the Rail District for decades,” Mayor Jeff Cheney said in the release. “We’re excited to see the chamber move to modern space so it can continue to support businesses now and into the future. The move also allows the city of Frisco to reimagine the original, historic city block as downtown Frisco evolves and grows.”
As part of its expanded programming, chamber officials are preparing to launch a new Business Accelerator in the second half of 2026. A performance agreement with the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, or EDC, supports this initiative, further positioning Frisco as a center for entrepreneurship and innovation.
"This expansion strengthens the chamber’s ability to serve our business community and launch new initiatives that support local founders and entrepreneurs,” EDC President Jason Ford said in the release. “The Frisco Economic Development Corporation is proud to partner with the chamber to ensure small businesses—our economic backbone—have the tools and advisory resources to thrive. When public and private partners come together, we create the environment for growth and long-term prosperity.”
What they’re saying
“Our goal has always been to ensure the Frisco Chamber has the tools and space necessary to support Frisco’s dynamic business community,” Chad Sterling, a former Frisco Chamber board chair, said in the release. “Expanding into the space at 7511 Main allows the Frisco Chamber to continue meeting businesses where they are—today and well into the future.”
“This expansion is directly aligned with those goals and the needs we heard,” said Barbara Milo, 2025 chair of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and Frisco Chamber Foundation Board, in the release. “The new space is the physical representation of this new Strategic Plan and continued commitment to our business community.”
