The New York City-based Greek yogurt company Chobani is moving to Frisco.

Chobani signed a lease for 28,674 square feet of office space in the Hall Park development’s newest office building, known as The Tower at Hall Park, according to a news release from the development.

The Tower is a 16-story building located inside Hall Park next to the development’s Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel and Kaleidoscope Park space. The new office space will allow the Chobani company to open a “dynamic workplace and customer experience center” when staff move out of their current satellite office location in Plano this summer, according to the release.

Amenities available at The Tower include two terraces on every floor, a fitness center, private corporate lounge and large outdoor hospitality deck, according to the release.

“Chobani is a trailblazing brand known for innovation and excellence, and we are proud to welcome them as one of the first tenants in The Tower,” said Kim Butler, executive vice president for the Hall Group in the release. “The strong activity and interest we’ve seen in leasing underscore Frisco’s appeal as a premier office market and Hall Park’s position as a leading office destination.”

The Hall Group is the entity behind the Hall Park development.
