First Lonestar Bank, a Texas branch of Oklahoma-based First Liberty Bank, is now open in Frisco.

The bank offers resources for personal and business accounts, said Kathy Bentley, vice president of marketing for First Liberty Bank. There are also services for nonprofit organizations, she said.
