A new recreational wellness destination featuring outdoor soaking pools and saunas is slated to open this summer at Grandscape in The Colony.

WorldSprings spans 9 acres and will open with 46 mineral soaking pools, eight saunas, a 12-room spa facility, and a restaurant and bar, according to a news release. Pool temperatures will range from 45 degrees to 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and the water will be formulated with minerals for restorative soaking benefits. The pools are inspired by nine famous hot springs from around the world, including the Dead Sea in Jordan and the Blue Lagoon in Iceland.

The Spa and Wellness Center will offer body treatments, facials and more to guests, while the Springs Kitchen and Bar will serve food and drinks, according to WorldSprings’ website. VIP cabanas will also be available for rent, according to the news release.

“This venture represents not only a new chapter for our company but also a testament to our commitment to offering exceptional hospitality centered around making our guests feel better,” WorldSprings CEO Chris Barrett said in a statement. “We look forward to sharing the magic of WorldSprings with the local community.”
