4. Tto Seoul Korean Cuisine

The restaurant serves Korean dishes, such as bulgogi, thinly sliced marinated beef stir-fry; tonkatsu, fried pork served with a sweet sauce; and japchae, stir-fried glass noodles with a choice of protein.5. Gymboree Play & Music

The business offers child development classes for infants, babies, toddlers and preschoolers. According to the company’s website, Gymboree Play & Music has been in business for 45 years.6. Bad Bunny Billiards

A funeral home originally based in Mansfield has expanded into Frisco. The new funeral home offers embalming, funeral, burial and cremation services. Cremations are done off-site, and then remains are taken back to Mansfield Funeral Home and Cremations Frisco, a representative said.8. The Pie Dish

The pie shop celebrated a grand opening Dec. 7, owner Julia Henricks said. The Pie Dish offers nontraditional cream-based pies and savory quiches, according to the shop’s website. The shop also features a rotating seasonal menu with pies such as a white chocolate peppermint cream pie and a vegetarian taco quiche.9. Scenthound

10. Bricks & Minifigs

The aftermarket Lego shop lets customers buy and trade new, used and retired Lego products, according to its website. The store gives customers a place to sell the Lego products they no longer have the space for, co-owner Juan Carlos Martin said.11. Fanzo Sports Bar

Once open, it will serve spice-infused craft cocktails as well as meals, including fried chicken, Jamaican lamb shank stew and bread pudding, according to a news release from the company. The incoming Frisco sports bar will feature multiple television screens throughout the space, including a 20-foot media video wall behind the bar, according to the news release. A covered outdoor patio space with two additional TVs and lounge space to fit roughly 40 people will also be available.IN THE NEWS


12. The Great Outdoors

The sub shop has been serving sub sandwiches for 50 years in Frisco and throughout North Texas, Vice President Gail Voelcker said. The restaurant originally opened in downtown Dallas, Voelcker said, adding that there are now seven locations, including the Frisco shop. The Great Outdoors offers customized, made to order sub sandwiches, soups, salads and ice cream.CLOSURE

13. Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken

The restaurant served double-fried chicken, bulgogi, chicken katsu, sliders, tacos and more.14. Corner Bar + Kitchen


The restaurant offered both alcoholic drinks and nonalcoholic beverages. Menu options included dishes such as creamy Cajun chicken pasta, blackened catfish and more. The restaurant first opened in March.15. Dream Dinners

The store, which originally opened in 2018, was not generating enough money and was no longer sustainable to keep open, a store representative said. Dream Dinners customers could order a month’s worth of meals online, assemble and customize the meals in store and cook them at home.
