Kite Realty and Singapore-based investment company GIC acquired Legacy West late last month for $785 million. The mixed-use development located near the corner of SH 121 and Dallas North Tollway opened in 2017.

Shalimar Banquet Hall and Conference Center has broken ground on a 45,202 square foot building located across Renner Road from Methodist Richardson Medical Center. Shalimar Banquet is a Chicago-based banquet hall and conference center.

Frisco First Baptist Church, which opened in 1902, is undergoing a renovation that will include expanding the worship center seating capacity by adding riser seating, adding a 4,500 square-foot lobby for gatherings and building new playgrounds.
Meadowmere Adventure Center on Grapevine Lake to open in June
The Grapevine Parks & Recreation Department announced a new 8,000-square-foot facility will be called Meadowmere Adventure Center on Grapevine Lake. The facility faces Grapevine Lake and will host up to 100 children per week for summer camps.
