The lots are available now, and builders are actively selling, a Hillwood Communities representative said in an email. The homesites sit next to a 4-acre pond in the northwest corner of the community and have access to city utilities, according to a news release.
“You can’t find a homesite like this anywhere else in North Texas without the need for a water well or septic tank,” said Angie Mastrocola, Hillwood Communities senior vice president, in a statement. “We’re offering prospective buyers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy country living within the convenient framework of a modern, walkable community.”
The new homes will be built by Toll Brothers and Drees Custom Homes.
