The approximately 4.35 acre-community is located at 102 Barnett Blvd. DJB Development requested a zoning change to allow patio homes in 2024, according to previous reporting.
Per city documents, the development includes:
- 25 lots for new single-family patio homes
- Sidewalks within the development
- A sidewalk along Barnett Boulevard

Also of note
City staff specified that the builder must plant two 4-inch trees in the front yard of each house in the community, per city documents.
The site plan also limits tree removal to specific areas, including:
- Dedicated public right of ways
- Easements
- Retaining wall locations
- The buildable lot area
