Leaders in Flower Mound want to help local businesses by providing access to quality training and resources with upcoming seminars.

The first workshop will be from 9-11 a.m. Nov. 15 in Jody Smith Hall, which is the Town Council chambers, at Flower Mound Town Hall.

Officials with the town and the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce invited local business owners to attend these quarterly workshops, according to a town news release.

"Anyone from amateur entrepreneurs to seasoned business owners and leaders are invited to attend," the release stated.

Among the topics to be covered are tax credits, labor market information and recruitment assistance.

During the first workshop, people will hear from industry and workforce engagement specialist Eric Shanks with Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas. People who would like to attend should RSVP by email to [email protected] by Nov. 13.
