From a moth night to yoga classes, here are five events happening in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth area July 26-27. This list is not comprehensive.

1. Magical Moth Night

The Heard Natural Science Museum is celebrating National Moth Week by allowing attendees to observe moths with specialized lights. The event is suitable for audiences of all ages.

2. Vinyl Record Show of Dallas/Ft.Worth

3. National Day of the American Cowboy

Participate in cowboy-related activities such as a cow milking or rib-eating contest at the Fort Worth Stockyards. Attendees can also watch the Cowboy Celebration Parade, the Stockyards Championship Rodeo and a fiddle showcase.4. Kaleido-Pop Market


This family-friendly event presented by Crowned Creations Event Co. at Kaleidoscope Park features live music, a children’s craft workshop and multiple local vendors selling baked goods, clothes and more.5. Sunrise Yoga

This monthly event held by Inspire Yoga Studio allows participants to take an all-levels class at The Shops at Highland Village. Attendees are expected to bring their own mat or large towel.
