New Year’s Noon
Bring your kids to the shops at Highland Village near the Christmas tree for a New Year’s celebration. The event will feature a balloon drop at noon where each balloon has a ticket inside that corresponds with a prize. Face painting, a DJ, a photo experience, games, a stilt walker and fun costumed characters will add to the festivities.
