A new Toastique will open this fall in Flower Mound, according to the company’s website.

The health-focused restaurant, which bills itself as a gourmet toast and juice bar, will open on Long Prairie Road. Toastique specializes in gourmet toasts, such as smoked salmon. In addition, it offers bowls, such as the Cocolada, which features pineapple, lime, banana and coconut milk. Smoothies, coffee and iced collagen lattes are also on the menu.

Toastique uses fresh ingredients that forego preservatives or “filler” additives, according to its website..

The Washington, D.C.-based company, which has locations in Dallas and Austin, did not respond to messages from Community Impact.
