After opening in November, Pie Hole pizza restaurant has closed on The River Walk in Flower Mound, according to an announcement on the company's website.
In addition to pies, the restaurant also served salads, soup and pasta dishes. The restaurant opened as a part of The River Walk Social, a group of restaurants owned and operated by RWFandB, Community Impact previously reported.
“Although Pie Hole had a loyal following, there was not enough traffic,” Paula Retz, marketing coordinator for River Walk Food & Beverage, said in an email. “The owners of the River Walk were presented with an opportunity to lease the space to another concept allowing for continued growth on the River Walk.”
