The Harvest development in Argyle is expanding with a 349-unit luxury multifamily community including townhomes and apartment rooms.

The overview

The new community, Harvest House, was developed by Hillwood, a commercial and residential real estate developer, and will be located at the northeast corner of I-35W and FM 407. It features 259 upscale apartments and 90 townhomes with private yards, according to a news release from Hillwood.

The apartment will consist of one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 662-1,758 square feet, per the release. Community amenities include a pool, a 24-hour fitness center, automated package lockers, a dog park and electric vehicle charging stations.

There are also co-working spaces with private offices, conference rooms, community-wide private wi-fi and a clubhouse with a coffee bar, added the release. Open space includes play areas and access to the walking and bike paths in the greater Harvest community.

Harvest House is anticipated to start leasing units in early 2026 and the project is expected to be completed late 2026. Pre-leasing will commence this fall and rental rates will be published then.

Quote of note

“We are excited to break ground on our newest community in the Alliance corridor and look forward to bringing the first luxury multifamily development to this growing area,” said Mark McHenry, senior managing director of Hillwood Multifamily. “The location will also provide another quality housing option for residents within the highly sought-after Argyle ISD, which is ranked within the top 1% of districts in the state of Texas, and provide much needed housing diversification in one of the fastest growing regions of North Texas. AllianceTexas continues to expand adding new corporate residents and quality jobs to this dynamic region and Harvest House will enable a short commute to this substantial employment base for our future residents.”
