Jersey MIke’s

A new Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop is scheduled to open at Harvest Town Center in Argyle in spring 2026, a company representative said.

Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation documents state the sandwich shop will occupy a roughly 1,439-square-foot space in the Harvest development.

Jersey Mike’s offers several kinds of sub sandwiches, including Italian, roast beef and BLTs.The Vital Stretch


Health and wellness studio Vital Stretch will open its first Dallas-Fort Worth location next year, franchisee Vivek Karnik said.

The business specializes in assisted stretching to promote flexibility and mobility for clients, Karnik said. The business has other locations in San Antonio, Austin and Houston, Karnik added.Twisted Goat Coffee

A Twisted Goat coffee shop is scheduled to open in Flower Mound next year, said Sanober Syed, the company’s real estate broker.

The coffee shop will occupy a 1,037-square-foot space on Cross Timbers Road, according to a news release from real estate brokerage Bradford Commercial Real Estate, the company that manages the property.

Pinewood Hills

A Flower Mound independent living community, Pinewood Hills, held a ribbon-cutting Nov. 20 after completing renovations in several areas of the facility.

Renovations to some of the common areas included converting the old library into a fitness center, updates to the in-house salon, a library and massage area in the old chapel, and the theater room, Executive Director Cynthia Williams said.


Additionally, the updates included remodeling about half of Pinewood Hills’s 117 residential units.
