Pro Black Belt Academy has martial arts classes for jiu-jitsu, karate, muay Thai and taekwondo, which are taught for students ages 3 years old and older. Argyle Pediatric Dentistry


A project has been filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for construction of 1,629 square-foot space at an estimated cost of $257,598. Construction began in January and is estimated to complete April 29. The clinic is run by Dr. Vishal Panchmatia and offers preventative and restorative care including fluoride and dental sealant treatments and sedation dentistry, according to the company website.Paris Baguette

The menu will include a selection of cakes, donuts, pastries, coffees and more, according to its website. Bev Desai, a partner with the business, said there will be a special menu that rotates every few months.

The business will be located in a former Dairy Queen location, according to a town of Flower Mound news release.

Tumbles has gym and science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics classes geared toward children between the ages of 4 months old and 12 years old. The business also plans to host birthday parties, parents’ night out events and summer camps.

Tumbles was originally expected to open in February, but there were delays associated with the construction of a four-story jungle gym, including a sign off from a structural engineer and complying with the town of Flower Mound’s code, owner Katie Carrillo said in an email.

Construction on Smiles and Beyond Dental is expected to begin on March 24 and wrap up in July, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. Finishing out the office, and adding walls, flooring, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and ADA features is expected to cost about $200,000, according to the filing.

A project has been filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to construct the new center at an estimated cost of $1.6 million. Work on the 9,630-square-foot space was scheduled to begin Feb. 28 with a completion date of Oct. 31.

The center offers education services for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Educators employ a hands-on curriculum, which strives to foster independence while developing children intellectually, socially and cognitively. This allows children to engage in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development, according to the company website.Warby Parker

Renovations are planned for a retail space in The Shops at Highland Village, which is expected to house a Warby Parker, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.


Per the filing, construction to build non-structural partitions, casework, and fixtures has an estimated cost of $407,550. Work is expected to begin in May and wrap up in August, according to the filing.
