The business offers individually tailored strength training sessions using evidence-based protocols for high-intensity workouts, the owner said. The strength training program is based on two 30-minute sessions each week in either an individual or group setting, the latter of which is no more than three people.
Before signing up for paid sessions, individuals can take a free 45-minute introductory workout at the studio, which is used to build a plan that fits one’s goals. Paid classes range from $40 to $74 depending on enrollment in the autopay program and whether classes are in a group setting or one-on-one.
All workouts are led by a physiologist who has obtained at least a bachelor’s degree in an exercise science, such as kinesiology, the owner said. Discover Strength has partnered with Truemed to allow individuals to pay for classes using a health savings account or flexible spending account.
