A new building space for new businesses will open next year in Flower Mound.

Grading work for Founder’s Landing began in March, said Patrick Tatum, vice president of North American Land Company, the developer. The development will likely be ready for businesses at the end of 2025.

“We are hoping to attract businesses that will address community needs, whether retail businesses or office/medical office businesses,” Tatum said.

The company decided to build in Flower Mound because the town is “a thriving community,” Tatum said.
