Success Space seeks to help people build community while they work.

The new business is a brand-new franchise model, co-owner Tisha White recently told Community Impact. She operates the business with her husband, Brian. Success Space is part of eXp World Holdings Co.

The coworking space offers a full, open-to-the-public cafe with breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a membership-based space that has private office rentals, hourly office rentals, a multimedia studio and conference rooms.
