Highland Village City Council approved a site plan for construction of a Brakes Plus, set to be located at 2370 Justin Road. A Chase Bank building is located at the property and will be demolished, per a city press release.

Brakes Plus will construct a sidewalk along FM 407, according to the release. Council approved the site plan with signs on the south and west, as recommended by the Highland Village Planning and Zoning Commission.

The Brakes Plus building will be approximately 4,915 square feet, taking 0.62 acres on the western portion of the lot, the city reported. www.brakesplus.com
