2. Edgestone at Legacy
A new residential community is under development on the northwest and southwest corners of Legacy Drive and Stonebrook Parkway. The 300-acre property will have 650 homes that will be delivered in the next five to six years.
3. Frisco Highlands
This new office park features Class C condos for medical and office use. The office park was completed in August at 9300 John Hickman Parkway. The office park includes 13 buildings with 1,125 square feet to 5,600 square feet available for leasing.
4. Frisco Ranch
Construction is set to begin on the 100,000-square-foot retail center on the northeast corner of Preston Road and Warren Parkway. The retail center already has three anchor tenants committed that specialize in Asian products and cuisine: 99 Ranch Market, Daiso Japan and 85°C Bakery. Frisco Ranch is expected to be complete by summer 2017.

7. JC Professional Center II
The exterior of the building is complete at 6371 Preston Road. Construction crews are now working on the interior for new incoming tenants. Overall, the building is 23,300 square feet with space available for leasing.
8. Mateo Office Park
The fifth phase of the office park at 8501 Wade Blvd. has begun construction. This phase includes three buildings that range in size from 7,527 square feet to 7,686 square feet. The buildings are for medical and professional use. The first building is expected to be complete in December. The second and third buildings will be complete in January and February.
