The Sanchez Advisory Group, an urban design firm and developer responsible for developments such as Chestnut Commons and several others throughout the city, is focusing on an 8-acre patch of land in east McKinney—Conley Commons.

Conley Commons, located at 2000 N. McDonald St., across from Oak Hollow Golf Course, will house The Sanchez Advisory Group’s corporate headquarters as well as another tenant in a roughly 7,500-square-foot building. Plans also include other office and commercial buildings. Construction is set to be complete this winter.

Kim Sanchez, owner of The Sanchez Advisory Group, said the building will be the first in a two-phase development that will include another 7,500-square-foot building.

“The zoning on the property is light industrial, and my goal for it has always been to house a showroom or retail space for carpet, tile, vanities or granite vendors,” she said.

Sanchez said the property is in a “perfect” location, adding that several of the company’s developments are occurring near downtown McKinney.

The company is temporarily located at 402 North Tennessee St.
