Wade Park officials have announced two new tenants in its 175-acre mixed-use development—Pinstripes, Inc., an entertainment venue, and iPic Theaters, a luxury movie theatre.

Pinstripes, Inc. and iPic Theaters will join the previously announced Whole Foods store.

"iPic Theaters and Pinstripes represent important milestones in our plans for Wade Park -- one of the region's foremost developments set in one of the most in-demand locations," Stan Thomas, president and CEO of Thomas Land & Development said in a press release. "We are creating an exceptional destination center for people to live, work, shop and play in this growing community. Both iPic and Pinstripes bring fresh, luxury entertainment and dining concepts, with something to appeal to everyone, whether for a family, date night or social gathering."

iPic Theaters will feature auditoriums with two luxury seating options. Premium plus ticketholders have more luxury options, including full-leg-reclinining seats, pillows and blankets and full dining and drink services.

Pinstripes, a 32,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor venue, features Italian and American food, 16 bowling lanes, 10 indoor and outdoor bocce courts, outdoor patios and fire pits and event space to accommodate up to 600 people. This will be the first Pinstripes to operate in Texas
