Local nonprofits and businesses that have been members of the chamber for at least one year and have not won in the previous six years can apply for the annual awards. The finalists were announced in January, and a panel of judges determined the winners.

Cypress Christian School was named Nonprofit of the Year. The private school was founded in 1976 and broke ground last year on its new campus set to open in Bridgeland for the 2025-26 school year. MESA Outreach and Cy-Fair Helping Hands were the other two finalists in this category.

Illumination Marketing was named Small Business of the Year. The business was founded in 2017 and offers comprehensive digital marketing services including website creation, content creation, email marketing, logo design, videography and search engine optimization. Winthrop Realty Group and Lindsay Lakes were the other two finalists in this category.

Mathnasium was named Medium Business of the Year. Local owners John and Cathy Labuda have grown the business to three Cy-Fair locations since opening in 2010. InsureUS and Two Men and a Truck were the other two finalists in this category.
