Located in a navy blue building at the Waterpoint Shopping Center, Petite Suzette opened on April 21 to fill the community’s need for a French bistro, manager Mike Gardne said.
Offering lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends, the bistro has become the new local charming eatery offering a variety of French cuisine staples.
What's special about it?
At Petite Suzette, Gardne is known by name as the face of the restaurant and a server offering a personalized customer service experience. Named after a traditional French crepe, Petite Suzette offers an elevated dining experience ideal for birthdays and celebrations.
With an atmosphere filled with plants and dim lighting, the bistro adds to its ambiance with live music held Thursday-Saturday evenings featuring local artists.

Craving French cuisine?
With crepes as its bread and butter, Petite Suzette offers a variety of signature French dishes, starting with the shareable escargot bourguignon made with garlic and butter toast.
Made with French ingredients from French distributors as well as local ingredients, Gardne said key French ingredients sourced include the bistro’s truffles and butter.
Restaurant favorites include:
The Suzette crepe, a sweet crepe made with sugar, butter, orange reduction and cognac flambé.
Beef bourguignon made with beef tender, slowly cooked for eight hours and made with mushrooms, wine reduction, onion, mashed potatoes and honey roasted carrots.
Truffle Tomahawk, made with pork tomahawk, truffle mushroom sauce, parmesan garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini.
Most recently, Gardne said Petite Suzette added several dishes to the menu, including seafood options such as the lobster thermidor and halibut muniere.
For brunch, the eatery offers house-made croissants, sweet and savory crepes and omelettes as well as eggs benedict made with an English muffin, ham, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, chives and potatoes.
