Artavia, a 2,800-acre master-planned community in Conroe, has announced the opening of a new community entryway on Hwy. 1314, according to a Feb. 4 news release. The new access point will improve traffic flow during peak hours.

The newly introduced Hwy. 1314 entrance features a four-lane roadway and will also include an extension of Artavia Parkway, according to the release.
Artavia opened in 2019 and is on track to deliver 6,500 homes upon completion, with plans for 120 acres of mixed-use space, per the release.
