Upscale neighborhood bar Gil’s Cigar Bar now open in Montgomery

Gil’s Cigar Bar is an upscale neighborhood bar. The cigar bar offers a wide selection of bourbons, scotches and cigars as well as live music, owners Gil and Liz Duran said.
