Founded by Jennifer Wood, Mindful Health opened a new location in Conroe on Jan. 19, officials confirmed. Visitors are invited to the new facilities location on Feb. 13 from 1-4 p.m. for an open house.

With services offered in person and virtually, Mindful Health has five additional locations in Cypress, Georgetown, Heath, Rockwall and San Antonio.
