The issuance of $168 million in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes in payment of the bonds (water, sewer and drainage). Proposition No. 2 The issuance of $70 million in bonds and the levy of ad valorem taxes in payment of the bonds (roads). Proposition No. 3 The issuance of $19 million in bonds to provide for park and recreational facilities and the levy of ad valorem taxes in payment of the bonds. Proposition No. 4 The levy of a maintenance tax not to exceed $1.50 per $100 of assessed valuation.
