1. Old Thousand opened a new location Oct. 4 at 4805 Burnet Road, Austin. The Chinese restaurant originally opened in 2016 at 1100 E. 11th St., Austin. 2. Child Neurology Consultants of Austin relocated its Central Austin Clinic to 7940 Shoal Creek Blvd., Ste. 100, Austin, on Sept. 21. Previously, the clinic was located on Far West Boulevard. 3. Master Gohring's Tai Chi & Kung Fu relocated to 5775 Airport Blvd., Ste. 600, Austin, on Aug. 24. Thomas Gohring, who also owns Kick Butt Coffee next door at 5775 Airport Blvd., Ste. 725, Austin, started the martial arts school in 1996.
