Founder Ben Mouton is back running Mouton’s Bistro after a change of ownership, he told Community Impact. The restaurant is temporarily closed for cleaning and repairs and will reopen soon, he said.

Also of note

New dishes will be added to the menu when the restaurant reopens, according to a post on the business's Facebook page, including beignets and cheddar-herb chicken and waffles.

Mouton's is currently hiring for a variety of positions including cooks, dishwashers, servers, bartenders and managers.
