Guy Tano’s Kitchen is projected to open by the beginning of December at 901 Crystal Falls Parkway, Ste. 101, Leander. The Italian restaurant will serve homemade bread, New York-style pizza, pasta, subs, beer and wine. Owner Ambrose Buraglia said he has worked as a chef for more than 30 years and is starting the restaurant in order to keep alive the recipes he got from his father.
