The median price of households in Travis and Williamson counties has risen each year in the last several years. From 2013-17 the median value of all houses in Williamson County rose to $227,100, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey. Houses in Travis County rose in value over that same time period to $275,800.
