Brazos County commissioners approved additional renovation work on the Brazos County Administration Building during a Feb. 24 meeting, increasing the contract amount with construction firm Flintco by $974,949.83.
This will increase the cost of renovations 6.56%—to just under $15.84 million—according to county information.

Renovations to the county administration building at 200 S. Texas Ave., Bryan, are part of the county’s Capital Improvement Program with $18.5 million budgeted from the capital improvement fund, per the capital improvement plan for fiscal years 2026-30.
