The first padel club in the Bryan-College Station area officially opened its doors July 24 and welcomed the public with three courts available during a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the opening.
What's happening?
4Padel is among the several recent openings and ongoing developments of club sport complexes in Bryan-College Station and focuses on the titular sport padel, similar to tennis and racquetball. Players exclusively play in doubles matches, along with having a court slightly larger than a pickleball court.
Traditions Club in Bryan also features two padel courts at its campus.
About 4Padel
The business describes the sport as “built for connection” and something that can be picked up and played. Co-owner Marcel Muscouf said on 4Padel’s Instagram there is a lot of fun to be had.
“We remain committed to elevating the sport in our region, building true community, supporting those who can make a difference and creating unforgettable moments,” he said.
Before you go
During its first month of business, the club is offering free classes for groups of five along with league game nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The club also sells beer and is open until midnight, so those who want longer games won’t have to worry about leaving early.
