ELECTION RESULTS 2019: Bellaire City Council will have two runoffs; Mayor Friedburg re-elected

Three positions on Bellaire City Council are up for grabs as well as the mayoral seat this year, with multiple candidates vying for each spot.

Below are the early voting results for each district race as of 7 a.m. Nov. 6, the final count release by Harris County. All results are unofficial until canvassed.

If no candidate wins 50 percent of the overall vote, the top two candidates advance to a runoff election held on Dec. 14.

Andrew Friedberg (incumbent) 2,409 72.85%

Catherine Lewis 1,881 58.04%

Trisha Pollard 1,360 41.96%

Nathan Wesely 1,411 44.01%

Winfred Frazier 1,158 36.12%
