On Sept. 14, Plaza Wellness officially began serving the Greater Houston area from its new med spa location, officials confirmed.
What they offer
The wellness practice offers personalized treatments for clients looking to improve their health and boost their confidence. These include services such as cosmetic injectables, facials, microneedling, body contouring, laser hair removal, hormone therapy, weight loss management and other treatments.
Plaza Wellness operates within the Plaza OB/GYN center, a physician-owned practice that has served women in Houston for the past 50 years, officials said.

In a statement via email to Community Impact, Balat said that “good” patient care begins with professionals listening to the unique experiences and needs of every client.
A vital part of this process is accurately assessing a patient’s anatomy, health history and long-term goals, according to the practice’s official website.
“Every patient is different, and what works for one person may not be right for another,” Balat said. “At Plaza Wellness, we take that same approach to wellness and aesthetics by understanding what each patient wants, considering their individual needs and recommending treatments that are right for them. Our goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel like the best version of yourself.”
Something to know
Although spatial updates are still ongoing, the office remains fully operational and is accepting appointments at this time. Interested clients may book their visit and consultation online or over the phone.
