Austin-based Western fashion brand Tecovas will open its first Houston location in Rice Village, 2400 University Blvd., Ste. 100, Houston, on Nov. 29 for Black Friday. The store offers boots, leather goods, apparel and accessories. The store will also offer leather debossing, boot shining and refreshments including Topo Chico, bourbon and beer.
